5 Stage Process

For most businesses a website is one of the most expensive and important pieces of their marketing collateral, we specialise in making it work for you!

Using our simple yet effective 5 stage process we ensure you get exactly what you need to help your business grow.

Stage 1: Learn

We need to learn about your business, your competitors and your customers. We do this through a thorough briefing process, in depth research in to your competition and if appropriate from communicating with some of your existing customers.

Stage 2: Plan

Once we're happy that we understand your business and the goals of the website we work with you to develop the website architecture, content, an online marketing plan and overall project plan.

Stage 3: Design

Following the planning stage, a series of wire frame layouts will be produced to illustrate several potential page layouts. Once a layout has been agreed we will produce the initial design concepts and present these to you along with our reasoning for the designs. Following on from the feedback that you provide we will work your chosen concept up into a final design.

Stage 4: Develop

After a design has been approved we start the development process. The HTML structure is created, the CMS integrated, content added and the website starts to take shape. As this nears completion the beta version of the site is made available to you on our development server. We then work together to finalise the site and prepare it for sign off and launch.

Stage 5: Evaluate

The process doesn't stop once the website is launched. Every website that we build comes with a minimum of 30 days hands on support where we work with you to evaluate the finished site and ensure that it is exactly what you need.
